Every bike is checked before the keys change hands

A staff member walks the same five-point inspection with you at the rack. Nothing leaves the station until each item is confirmed and noted.

03 — Equipment check

Every bike is checked with you present

Staff record each item below before release, along with any existing wear. Included checks carry no fee. Optional accessories are charged per rental and depend on stock at the counter.

Deposit is 1,500 UAH, refundable, or ID verification at the counter. Accessories reduce some risks but do not remove them.

04 — Accessories

Helmet, U-lock and child seat, priced per rental

Add any of the three items at the handover counter. Each price is charged once per rental, not per hour, and is written into the fare ledger before you sign.

Availability limits

  • Accessories are reserved together with the bike, not separately. Confirm stock when you book and collect the items at the same handover check.
  • A child seat fits only the frames marked as compatible in the equipment table, and mounting is done by staff at the station.
  • Items come back with the bike at the same station. A lost U-lock key or a missing helmet is treated as unreturned equipment.

A helmet is protective equipment, not a guarantee. puvlsedigital.com is an independent rental service: accessories lower your exposure but do not prevent injury, and riding stays at your own risk. Check the fare and the 1,500 UAH refundable deposit first.

Confirm opening hours, accessory availability and the 1,500 UAH refundable deposit with a person, not a queue. Write or call and we reply during pilot hours in Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa and Dnipro.
