We run staffed pickup points in Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa and Dnipro. Every point follows a seasonal schedule, so opening hours and bike stock shift through the year. Read the current window before you book, then confirm availability with the crew on site. Confirmation happens before the handover check, not after payment.
