Rental and booking information

Before booking we provide the rental terms, hourly/daily price, rental period, deposit, damage and liability rules, cancellation/refund terms and complaint procedure under Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection” No. 1023-XII and Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce” No. 675-VIII. Where online booking or payment is enabled, order confirmation, contract terms and cancellation rules are provided electronically under the same law.

You may apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection and/or to court under Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection” No. 1023-XII.
