Name, phone, email, booking and rental details (dates, bicycle, rental period, deposit, payment status), addresses you provide, and messages sent through the contact form. Payment card data is processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

3. Purposes and legal basis

We use data to perform the rental contract, confirm bookings, collect deposits, handle damage, refunds and complaints, answer enquiries and keep accounting records. Bases: contract performance, your consent, and legal obligations under Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection” No. 1023-XII and Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce” No. 675-VIII.

Booking and payment records are kept as required by Ukrainian accounting and consumer law, normally up to 3 years after the rental. We share data only with payment, hosting and IT providers under confidentiality, and with authorities where required by law.
